When Saturday, March 1, 2008 & Tuesday, March 4, 2008.

Theatre MAMA seeks ACTORS, PERFORMERS, DANCERS, ACROBATS, GYMNASTS, OUTGOING INDIVIDUALS
for an Angel Action to theatrically announce the arrival of CORTEO by Cirque du Soleil to Portland, OR

The action will run throughout Portland on Saturday, March 1, 2008 and on Tuesday, March 4, 2008.

For this action, we are looking for creative people to help us "create a buzz" in Portland. We call our promotions, theatrical promotions, in that we hire all sorts of talent to deliver materials to the public in a creative and fashionable manner! Imagine a pair of stilt walking angels around Downtown at 5pm to wave goodnight to all of the commuters and leave them with a flier announcing the arrival of CORTEO by Cirque du Soleil. We deliver a lot of materials to the public and we do it with a lot of fun, theatrical energy and positive emotion!

In addition to performers, we are searching for solid, energetic, positive people that have promoting experience.

THE SCHEDULE FOR ACTIVITIES IS AS FOLLOWS:

Saturday, March 1, 2008 from 9am-midnight - ANGEL ACTION

Tuesday, March 4, 2008 from 6am-8pm - ANGEL ACTION

Additionally, on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 6pm-7pm, there will be an one hour ORIENTATION / MEET-AND-GREET

The locations for the above times are TBA! To participate, Angels must be available for all of the above times.

For the Angel Action, we seek performers to be in character, hand out fliers and "cause a scene." Must have ALL WHITE clothing and be comfortable promoting outside. This is a paid gig which requires the utmost professionalism. In addition to being paid, each of our angels will receive one invitation to see CORTEO live on the private viewing on Friday, February 29, 2008 @ 7:30pm....
